INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS
The symposium scientific program will follow a precise time schedule and all oral presentations should not exceed the time limit.
The presentations must be prepared in Microsoft Power Point or in PDF format and it is recommended to use the presentation format in a 16:9 aspect ratio. A laptop will be available in the meeting room. It will not be allowed to use personal laptops for presentations.
Presenters are kindly requested to load and test their presentation during the break before their session at the latest to avoid delays and compatibility problems.
